CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

            1. Changing your booking

The customer may request a change to their stay at the same campsite (dates, type of accommodation) by written request to the campsite (letter or e-mail), subject to availability and feasibility. No postponement to the following season will be accepted. Failing a change, the customer must take their stay under the initial booking conditions or cancel it in accordance with the conditions of the cancellation insurance.

            • Any request to extend the length of your stay will be handled subject to availability and at the rates in force.

            • Any request to reduce the length of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation and interrupted-stay terms.

              2. Unused services

              • Administrative closure of the campsite

              • Restriction of travel to a number of kilometres by administrative decision making it impossible to come to the campsite.

A credit note for an amount corresponding to the nights not used, valid for two years, will be issued by the campsite. If the customer refuses this credit note, they will be refunded, on request, the corresponding amount less the cost of the cancellation insurance if it was taken out.

Apart from the reasons mentioned above, any stay interrupted or shortened (late arrival, early departure) on the customer’s initiative cannot give rise to a refund or a credit note.

                3. Cancellation by the Yelloh! Village campsite

In the event of cancellation by the Yelloh! Village campsite, except in cases of force majeure, the sums paid for the booking will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation cannot give rise to the payment of damages.

                4. Cancellation by the camper

Any cancellation request must be communicated by post to the postal address of the Yelloh! Village campsite or by e-mail. Cancellations sent by telephone cannot be taken into account.
